It appears that the best source for these is Brad Harper, who also is able
to either do the installation or provide installation support.

Tim Scheerhorn, who also does installations, told me that he wants to have a
dobro kit available in time for NAMM in January, so that might be worth
waiting for if you are a do-it-yourselfer.
There are two models available, the BASIK-SET, with a battery-powered
adapter, and the BASIK-PRO, which runs off of phantom power.
