Ladies and gents I present to you the

"Resorchestra"

4 reso mandolins
4 reso ukes
4 tenor resos
4 reso basses
4 spanish biscuit bridge guitars (2 wood, 2 metal)
2 spanish tricones
4 steel slide (2 tricones, 2 wood body)

(numbers can be enlarged or shrunk down)

I am basically working on the orchestral concept (I'll draw up a diagram) of
positioning and range.

Musical styles: really anything but, I envision classical, swing,
bluegrass Hawaiian, blues (gotta respect the roots) and then any music
commissioned for the group. Location is not imprinting since recording could
be multi-tracked. Performances would be another story but, hey if it happens
we'll deal with that.

I am dead serious about doing this as a project. I would love to hear
from people who would be in to it. I can't imagine anything more awesome for
the reso than this type of exposure. Remember the mandolin orchestras of
days gone by? We could probably get sponsors via builders, etc.

Would love to hear thoughts on it from everyone. Good thoughts preferred lol
but, constructive thoughts are also welcome.

-Adriel
