Hi guys ,
Thanks for the welcome . Actually here in Brazil we play mostly choro (and
speak portuguese ) , which is a style that mixes old mediteranean styles with
african rhythms , and end up quite similar to bluegrass and ragtime in its energy
and expression.
Mike Marshal has been doing some of that in the States .
It'd be a different and new idea to include a squareneck dobro into that , I
yet have to try it and see if it works...I do enjoy flamenco and hispanic styles
too , though.
