Joe Saylor, those thougts of reso kindlin pyre's crossed MY mind too.
I decided, I just need to buy a second dobro (someday sooner n later), and tune
the first one to D, that will keep my idle mind off of evil thoughts . . . for a
LITTLE while, maybe . . . ;-)
Joe, if you haven't ordered a Quarterman or Beard cone, ebony tipped bridges,
and put em in yet, along with a bone nut, and if them bridges don't set up high
so close to the palm rest there's barely room to restring, then yer reso ain't at
full capability yet.
N when ya do, you'll flip, I swear hoss, you'll flip.
N never MIND the routing out of the sound well holes . . . . course, a wood shop
dude like you might not be able to resist . . . oink me offline before you take a
dremel to it, I got some thoughts to save you some damage!!!! lol
(course, holes that WERE round, and ain't exactly ROUND now, but ARE bigger,
ain't too much problem, I meean, no one can SEE them less ya tear it down to SHOW
them)
