To get a visual on the tuners that don't have cents readout, chime slightly
behind your 4th fret on your G and check out what the arrows do (or the 'needle'
does) for a B; then replicate that on your B strings. You could do that with the
D by using the 7th or 19th fret (same note).
The other option is to spring for the 30 bucks or so for a Seiko or Boss that
gives readouts in cents.
