I also got a copy a few days ago, and finally had time
to listen to it. Dave was the winner of the first
National Resonator Guitar Championship, held a couple
of years ago. Dave is an incredible picker, and shows
it on this CD. There are 10 tunes (a couple of them
with guest vocalists). They range from bluegrassy to
eclectic (if I knew what that meant), to soulful
back-up to vocals.
Our instrument is adaptable to many musical genres;
Dave plays quite a few of the here. and he plays them
very well indeed.

(PS In the interest of full disclosure, there is a
photo inside of a 10 year old Dave, his dad Dusty, and
me when I had much more hair and much less girth. I
believe it was taken on the occasion of Dave getting
his first one of my guitars.)
