Interestingly enough (or at least I thought so) I have a freebie tuner on my
computer that I had forgotten about. Called the AP Tuner available at
http://www.aptuner.com It even has a graph capability to study the
harmonics Lynn was mentioning. It's not portable but has some nifty
features for studying the subject while at the computer.
