Thanks Lynn, ya still made me do the math, but . . . . ;-)
So, we got about, what, 5.2 cents on Intellitouch Tuner tween bar to bar, lost
or gained, flat or sharp?
Ok, so, if I go two bars flat on #2 String (B), that's about what, 10.4 cents
flat, and if I go about one bar flat on #5 string (B) that's about 5.2 cents
flat.
Is that CLOSE enuff for everyone? <grin>
"People, why can't we all just get along". (Stones, Altamont).
Can't we all just get along for a few cents worth? ;-)
Am I OK to play with you (generic 'you', anyone in here kinda 'you', ewe kno),
in public, on a street corner, in a camp jam, in yer living room, or on stage,
with those parameters?
Can anyone in here or anywhere HEAR if I'm tuned to that, and it's what, a cent
or less off? And if so, is that BAD? Do we need to strive for a fraction of a
cent perfection on this?
Can we all agree, on something, that's ok for the pro's, and ok for the not so
pro's? lololol
Oh, what about D tuning. Same thing? On a 6-String Reso, tuned to 3rd's, in D,
are #2 and #5 tuned a few cents flat?
N what about any OTHER tunings? 6 string, 1/3rd's or not . . Or, is this only
about them danged pesky open string tuned Killer B's . . . . . ?
Dang, the more answers I get, the more questions I got! <eek!>
I blame the signed, AND the UNsigned.
No names, but, they live over 'there', and they like their Deneve's (can't fawlt
dat!). <smile>
