So, try out what you can. Buy the Beard,
you might contact Beard and ask them whether Paul still has his
offer in force.. i.e., if you buy a low end guitar from Beard
they will take it back in trade at full value toward a higher end
Beard guitar. I'm not sure of any of those details, but
you should be able to check that with Beard guitars. you can't go
wrong with those Goldtones.. they get rave reviews and
interestingly enough Chet Hogue told me last Spring that so far no
one had taken Paul up on his offer of buying the Flinthill
or Goldtone back...seems the coneheads who get into that deal like
the low end guitar so much they keep it when it comes
time fo trade up.. makes sense... not a big investment and it's
good to have a guitar around you can paddle your canoe
with if you have to and not worry about it... : > )
