Good call, now we think about not only the open area of a cover plate (why does
it cover so much up at the bottom of the plate near the tail piece), but, the
density of it, too, again, just like the density of the tail piece . . . .
coupled with the movement of air, like the sounewell issues, baffled issues . . .
.
Man, it's comin back to the 'SCIENCE' it is, n the acoustic math of such sound
and such . . . . . .
Still, real intriguing . . . engineers will rule the world, if they already
don't . . . ;-) N I'm thinkin, in here, they do . . ;-)
