Change them only one string at a time, or perhaps outside pairs (first and
sixth, second and fifth, third and fourth), as if you take all the strings
off at once, you could move the cone a bit, or twist the spider. Bring
the new one back up to tension before you start removing the next one.
Other than that, just change the strings.
