Yann, what ports in the soundwell did you 'open'? Towards nut? Behind bridges?
Left side, right side? 

Some thoughts on that in here have included the idea that the soundwell helps to
provide stability, in that the cheaper gits don't HAVE a lot of nut to bridge
strength, and can warp out, if the soundwell is comprimised, or 'opened' up.

Man, I sure like these discussions . . . . thanks all!
