I have one and the cone IS spun but, I think I'll switch it for a quarterman
or National and need to change the nut and saddles. I am putting a Hipshot
trilogy on it so not stock eventually but, out of the box, it sounded pretty
good and I've gotten compliments on the tone. I am not ecstatic about the
low end sound but, the upgrade should help. It is a sound post set up with
no baffles and I prefer the f-holes as you get a better fuller tone.
