RE. tuners; when the little bolt that holds the tuner body to the clip
disappeared from my Intelletouch I took to laying the tuner on the body next to
the neck between frets 12 and 16. It works fine that way, but it's easy to
drop.
It never worked very well on the headstock anyway. I'm thinking as I write this
maybe a little patch of non-skid on the back of the tuner body might work
better,
if it doesn't dampen the vibrations so it won't work at all. What kind of stuff
is both hard and sticky?
And depending on the circumstances, anybody else find themselves tuning the
B strings to match the guitar player in the group? I tune mine a little flat
like most everybody else, but other ears have different ideas about how flat is
flat enough. My favorite guitar player, the one with the orange hat, is verry
picky about such things, huh, Richie!
Regards to all...Dan
