Subject:Re: [RESOGUIT-L] strobopick

I bought a strobopick about six months ago. It is very clever and works
quite well, but you really have to lean directly over your strings to use
it. It's much harder to use in daylight too. It is quite a converstion
piece though.

Great thread, I'm still looking for something better since my intellitouch
has always been a bit flakey (maybe bad batteries from the beginning).

I've always though it would be cool to somehow integrate a small tuner into
one of the screens...
say with LEDs that shine from underneath so it's hidden except when in use.
Any EE's out there?

Derik

Has anyone tried the StroboPick?

http://www.strobotron.com/index.html

My Intellitouch is becoming more flakey with use. Is anyone else having
this problem?

Thanks,
-Dan Downs

What kind of tuner is best for lap style guitar? Anybody using one that
picks up only your instrument, easy to read, etc? I've just changed
capos to
one that doesn't anchor to a fret, and I can see where a good machine
might
be helpful.

Thanks,
Mike Armstrong
