play one as much as you like and might even get to hear Mike himself
play one. Don't know Mike's schedule but Paul will have a few on
hand.
What makes the laminates cheaper to build is not in the cost of the
wood but the labor involved in processing the solid wood back &
front. The laminates are a very stable wood and not effected by temp
and humidity changes as the solid woods are. I personally like the
sounds of both depending on who the builders are.
