I've seen them on gits, I've HEARD them on gits.
1) They UN-expose the cover plate hole down there
2) They are shorter, meanin more string to vibrate behind the bridge
3) They are denser, meanin they do something a luthier in here will tell ya that
does, cuz I forgot . . . DOH!!!
It's $90 or so for one, but hoss, I'm gettin one for my Johnson, and another one
for my new Beard GT, which I ain't even got yet.
