Unfortunately, we don't have the capabilities to do that right now. One
problem is the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) which limits how
long a broadcast can remain available on a web site (two weeks, I
think), and has additional requirements concerning inclusion of a lot of
information concerning the artist, label, etc. that is supposed to be
included in the digital format. Our station has two professional staff
members and about 100 volunteers, and very few are computer-literate
enough to even maintain our web site. Our stream is provided by a third
party that picks up our signal off-the-air, for example.
We're still looking into it, however, and will let the community know if
the station ever pulls it off.

Tonite we're going to explore the fringes. Tom doesn't fully
realize
what I've been up to (or perhaps he's in denial :-).
Can't give you what we'll be playing - that would be a violation
of the
Digital Millennial Copyright Act - but we'll have the well known
and
famous playing jazz-influenced reso, a very interesting project
involving an old National Steel, and probably a Mohan Vina will
make an
appearance. Perhaps even a touch of Klezmer.
Tune in - it promises to be an interesting evening.
