If your looking at having a bar replated I don't think you could go wrong by
dropping Bob Perry at line. http://cobaltbp.com/
Bob is known for his Cobalt plated finger picks. He also sells through
Janet Davis a cobalt plated Stevens steel. Cobalt is just about the
hardest stuff on the planet and very, very slippery. I sent him my Gary
Swallows steel and he plated it for a very reasonable fee. I love his
plated picks and I had one of his plated Stevens Steels which I gave away in
a fit of stupidity and wish I had back.
