I guess you could put some strategically placed duct tape over it on the
screen and get rid of it.
That might not resolve the issue, depending on your mail client settings.
I use Outlook, and the only way to avoid replying to the list with the
standard settings is to paste the address in manually. In other words, it
replies to the list and the sender when I hit "reply to all" and just the
list when I hit reply. So I try to remember to copy and paste the address
from the body of the email when necessary. Unfortunately my memory settings
are inaccessable, so this system also has it's failures.
