Absolutely! I use "Band in a Box" as a metronome of sorts, in addition to a
virtual rhythm section for any tune. As coach Heffernan suggests, increase the
speed gradually (1 bpm increments)each time you practice and...voila. As Jimmy
Martin said (The Last Song), "that and magic is all it'll take." :)
