Subject:[RESOGUIT-L] Mike Auldridge's Summer Rain
Date:Saturday, July 1, 2006  16:44:40 (-0500)
From:CowboyTrickroper.com <rduke @...net>

Has anyone worked up Mike Auldridge's song "Summer Rain"? I started to then it
appears to be played in C# an extremely odd key. If anyone has worked it up, was
it done by capoing on the 4th fret? It has a similar feel to Spanish Grass with
the melodic walk down but not near as fast. Its a pretty song and wondered if
others here have worked it? To me it would best be played in G. So why did Mike
capo it on the 4th or what did he do? Its a great puzzle to me and have been
wanting to figure out this puzzle.
