Dean, I've been interested in Carter's Blues, and found two recordings,
though a dobro is not in either, yet one has some good diverse breaks by other
instruments. That one is from "Larry Sparks - 40," his new CD, cut #13 --
REB-CD 1806.
The other is "the" classic, from the 5 CD collection, "The Carter Family
1927-1934, DIsc # B, cut #12. JSP Records, # JSP7701 (just noticed to
cardboard type box, JSP, London, England, no less) Obviously, I'm interested
in
the Carter tunes, so I got the set. These are all live or recorded cuts of the
Carters themselves.
I'll need to check and see if I have LeRoy Mack's tabs on it, or get it!
