This list, "Poobah's Creation" or Poob's Child" or whatever you want to call
it, is to me, the absolute BEST thing I've ever done to forward my education
about things related to Resophonic Guitars, since I got involved with them
after years of playing Steel Guitar in too many (yuck) forgotten "clubs".

DeNeve after buying "Blackie", one of Dick's guitars, (that I heard was
available from reading this list.) I've become aware of and taken courses
from Jim Heffernan. I've learned more about setting up a resophonic guitar
from guys like "Dewey Slide Well", then I'd ever figure out by myself. This
list is wonderful when it comes to sharing the knowledge of
others........just great!

I would like to echo Richie's sentiments. I've only been at this for 2
years, and the Resoguit list along with Reso-Nation have been a big help.
Just knowing that if I have a question, I will soon have an answer really
boosts the confidence level. But ussually, the questions get answered on
here before I even know I had a question. Thanks to this list, I knew
exactly where to put the mike last Spring for my on-stage debut, and I knew
to pick softly during the sound check so the soundman wouldn't leave folks
wondering if I was really playing. I've had the pleasure of meeting sevral
list members in person, and each one of them has been a true class act.
Hat's off to you Poob, and all the other great players, luthiers and fans
that make this list what it is.
