were blocking the list. Some ISP's allow the user to define the
aggressiveness of filtering, or, allow you to "white list" specific
"safe" addresses (or "black list" the nasty ones> Some ISP's just dummy
everything down and filter addresses upstream from the user. Not a good
thing IMHO. You can contact your customer support and get them to check
out mail from elistas.com and see what they say. I'm not aware of any
blocking from any ISP.
