Sorry I have not updated the Reso community on our
situation, till now. I was in hopes that we could
get something worked out and my partner's son would be
interested in carrying on the Leno Capo Co tradition.
But the whole family is not. I have not been able to
work on or get any of the capos from the property
since my partner's death. We have over 300 reso capos
in some stage of completion. Some are very close to be
ready to package. I hope to have a few capos in the
next couple weeks. There will not be enough to fill
the orders that I have for the music stores and
distributors that I have on hand. I have several
orders from the web site that I will get out as
quickly as possible.
The family would like to sell the business to someone
that will carry on the same top quality manufacturing
of the capos. If someone is out there and your
interested, please contact me off list.
I fear that if someone does not buy the business it
will be finished. I can't put the time in on this
business that it needs. I have two other business
that I have to work to continue to make a living.
I hope there is someone out there that is able to
produce the Leno capos and keep them in the music
store for new pickers.
