Thank you. It is nice to be able to associate the sound with the individual
instrument.
Of course, the player is a major factor in The Sound. There is a story that a
producer told Chet Atkins, in his younger days, "That's a pretty good sounding
guitar you've got there, Son."
Chet reportedly put the guitar in its case and replied, "How's it sound now?"
Not going to the IBMA -- but definitely plan to be at the Joe Val Festival in
February. MUCH closer to home....
