This past February was my first Joe Val Festival. I had a great time and
highly reccomend it to any Bluegrass fan. I only saw 3 acts on stage, and
each had a first class reso player. Andy Hall with the Stringdusters,
Wildfire with Unlce Phil and of course, my good friend, Richie with the Pine
Hill Ramblers. The rest of the time I was going from circle to circle all
over the hotel and letting Virginia do the talking. I hope to get back there
this year, and do some more pickin'.
Have steel, will slide,
