KC Steel Player, I don't know about Stacy, but Jimmy (and possibly Stacy)
will come and do a workshop, just with the assistance of someone locally taking
the ball, setting up a tentative place for the workshop, and time agreeable
with him, sending out emails, posting notices in the area, contacting dobro
players you know, etc., and getting a minimum number of participants who will
commit to it, something like 7 or so, and you're set -- he'll firm it up.
