This will be the last post concerning Matt Roe until additional
information becomes available, I have only posted the pertinent info
relating to Matt or his family as he had included them in his scam.
Rat Moe may have been charged with Resisting Arrest because he left
Texas, where he was first wanted.

Glad you all are enjoying this as much as I am, but there is a down
side to this, and I see it every time I look into his children's
eyes. Therefore, I do have to be discreet as possible. Raymond Boze's
birthday is Sept. 30, 1960, which ironically is tomorrow. Wish I
could write what was on my heart, but I keep having to edit. Facts:
Ray was arrested at Wal-Mart in Washington State. He is still being
held there as of Wednesday of this week. According to investigators
who were here to pick up Ray's lap-top and stuff thought it was due
to the fact there may be charges pending there. If not, he will be
flown to Fort Worth, Tx. Monica has been questioned about situation
and so far has not been charged. They realized it was Ray using her
name as well as the other names he used. Remember, Ray was the master
of manipulation so go easy on my Sis. Her and her children have
suffered greatly, probably more so than Ray ever will. Please contact
the powers that be and keep the trees rattling! I will be furious if
he gets away with time served and probation. And if there is any
money to be had--Ray has hid it well. If I understood info from
investigators--we will be able to follow what is going on when a
trial starts. We don't even know what all the charges are yet. There
better be a whole lot of them though!! Appreciate your kind words and

Guilty or not quilty--that is the question that eats at my heart.
Forgive and forget is second on the list. I wish I could go in depth
to the situation of the family we found, but at this time I can't.
You, as adults, know the feeling of betrayal and deception you feel
by what Ray has done. I can't imagine what his children are feeling.
Can you imagine being a police officer and seeing a beautiful little
girl crying and screaming "Please don't take my Mommy to jail!!"
Monica wasn't involved, but she did stick her head in the sand which
may still cost her, but she is cooperating to the fullest extent and
so are the older boys. As soon as she called, we loaded up, my
husband, mother, and I to go get them. We picked them up in Utah at
the border and brought them home. Church and family welcomed them
home with open arms and gave from their hearts sacrificially to
clothe them and help with all the things that were needed. They had
no birth certificates, social security cards, shot records, toys,
nothing. They are wonderfully sweet kids who just don't understand
how their daddy could do this to them. I hope you can understand
these children don't need to lose their mother also. All I can do is
pray for God to keep them in His hands and do what is best. No more

An entry by someone who seems to have found the charges against Matt!
Flight from prosecution, resisting arrest, fraud, mail fraud, grand theft
sounds like he will be setteld in to a new home for a few years. Time
for him to start a prison newspaper, reso lesson group, calendar
printing operation
web site construction classes, resale shop, guitar construction classes....
he may have his place there.
