Hi folks!
I got back from the IBMA yesterday. What an absolute treat! My only
regret is that I missed the reso-party in the California suite. I
hear it was a huge success.
For the first time in nine years, I brought a guitar with me to the
IBMA so that Paul Beard could install a nifty new cover plate
designed as an option for the Mike Auldridge signature model
guitars. It was well worth getting over my fear of flying with a
guitar, though oddly enough, I didn't manage to get a photo of it!
I did however, take some photographs that resophonic minded people
might (or might not) enjoy.
