Hmmm, testing, sorry. Is anyone out there in reso-land? My view of the message
database has seen no activity since the 2nd, which is really rare considering
this group :D .
Putting on the flack jacket now...
Reso content -- I fell off the stage at a barn party yesterday with my '60s
aluminum bodied Dobro when my chair leg slipped off the stage. Not a big fall,
the stage was only about 5" above the barn floor. But I somehow grabbed the
neck near the body and held the Dobro high in the air as I was falling, then
rolled a bit. Happily, the Dobro never hit the ground, it was fine. I'm a
little sore, but at least I know what is important.
The band was saying how they can't take Dobro players anywhere. I didn't want
to mention I also play banjo :D .
And no, I don't drink. I may get stupid sometimes, but not because of any
substance :) .
