Welcome home!!
To begin with there is the Southwest Bluegrass Club, Ed Flynn is president
and publishes a bi weekly newsletter on what's going on up in the DFW area.
There is a link in there for jams and events one of which is at Charley's
Guitar shop http://charleysguitar.com/
Then there is the Central Texas Bluegrass Association out of Austin
http://www.centraltexasbluegrass.org/
And there is http://www.bluegrassdog.com/ for most of the festivals and
goings on in the Ark La Tex and beyond. Lots of festivals with tons of
jamming throughout Northern Texas in the Spring. Argyle, Glenn Rose, Canton
just to name a few.
Drop me a line when you get here maybe we can hook up.
