While poking around the Acuff/Os clip on Youtube, I ran across Lonzo & Oscar,
one of my favorite Opry acts when I was a kid in high school and college. I
found this one, "Why Should I Cry" which included Clell Summey, "Cousin Jody,"
who performed with them at the time.
Summey was known as a Dobro player, dating from even before Josh Graves became
known.
I think he was playing a lap steel, wired, from the sound, but he had it slung
around his neck about as low as Stringbean's belt.
He also performed with his teeth out...
