Richie,
I have made half a dozen or so from each aluminum and
brass. I like the brass ones better, and they are
easier to make. (Aluminum "galls" on drill bits and
saw blades.) String spacing is 1-3/4 inches from the
1st to 6th. The underside of the strings is about
3/8th of an inch above the fret board. Strings leave
the pulleys directly over the end of the fret board,
to maintain proper intonation. Price is about half of
what Hip-Shot charges for their aluminum ones. E-mail
