Subject:Re: [RESOGUIT-L] D Tuning
Date:Tuesday, February 27, 2007  21:17:24 (-0500)
From:Bill McCloskey <mccloskey @.....com>

Remember also that as far as the intervals are concerned, when moving from D
tuning from G tuning all of your G licks are the same, just moved down a
string. In other words, if you are used to playing a lick on strings 1, 2
and 3, you can play the same lick in D tuning on strings 2, 3, and 4 and so
on: licks played on strings 2, 3, and 4 in G tuning can be played on strings
3, 4 and 5 in D tuning. etc.
