1. Close your eyes and find the sound of your dreams.
2. Open your eyes and choose cosmetics.
Don't choose a wood or construction technique unless you can
predict the outcome with some certainty. Pick a maker that
builds guitars with your desirable sonic and cosmetic traits.
Maker "A" curly maple probably won't sound like a maker "B" curly
maple....for lots of reasons. That being said, you should
understand the general traits of a curly maple guitar before you
sign on the dotted line.
