Yes, any time he has been incarcerated pending trial would count toward the
time he is required to serve as a result of his sentence, and this week
marks the end of 8 months of incarceration for Boze. I wouldn't think of it
as time that is "subtracted" from his sentence, however -- he has actually
been incarcerated for that time, so it's real time, not some sort of
reduction.
