Hi Betty,
I'll echo the thanks of others in your "wading into the legalese and keeping us
informed", as Tom Foote stated. Bill McCloskey asks a good question, "will the
time this vermin spends awaiting trial be subtracted from his sentence?"
I am so lucky, (because I was approached at the Auldridge-Heffernan Boston
Workshop,) but fortunately, Matt Roe set of my "Creep Alarm" big-time!! Another
close call survived!
