Thanks to all who sent me info. My daughter talked me into buying the
tickets to the Clapton show, she pointed out quite correctly Floydfest
is more likely to be held again, and the Crossroads gig may be a one
time deal. I think Floydfest will be on the calendar for next year,
so anyone who makes it this year, let us know how it was!
It is a fabulous lineup for sure, even AKUS will be there. I read an
interview with Jerry D. - not sure how recent it was - that asked him
who he would still like to play with, and he answered "Clapton", so
perhaps (if it hasn't happened yet) this will come true. I'll keep my
fingers crossed it happens with Winwood, Jerry with even half of Blind
Faith would be mighty fine!
