Eric, I would naturally be suspicious of anything like this email. you need to
check this out through the postal dept. to see if it's on the up and up. Boze (or
whoever never got to me for any money but his headquarters was right up the road
from me (I think) and I did talk to him by chat on his website. He struck me as
being a smart aleck or bigshot on top of everything else.

As to possible restitution, brought up in earlier postings, don't count on it
till you get it. I'm sure the law varies from state to state, but I can tell you
how it worked for me in Dallas. My pickup was stolen and the old boy was caught
in it a week later. It was damaged, including the steering column torn out, plus
a whole string of belongings gone from the inside, over $1800 worth, including
pound fees.

This guy had a long criminal record and plead guilty, got probation and they
said I was to get restution by his payments through the court. However I didn't
get one cent. He wouldn't abide by the ruling and was sent on to prison. (he may
be out again by now. I guess he figured that was the easiest route). Anyway, I
had to scrap my pickup and was going to use that $1800 to buy me a De Neve reso
but had to scrap that idea as well.

I received an email from TY Hiter who claims to be the current case agent of
the
Mail Fraud investigation into the fraudulent practices of Raymond Boze and
Resonator Guitarist. He's asking for my mailing address so a probation officer
can contact me regarding the Boze case.

I assume this is on the up and up, but wanted to hear if any of you knew
differently. There were a number of email addresses I recognized in the original
mail so I figured this list would be a good place to ask.

Regards

Eric
