I'm very suspicious of unsolicited email - most gets dumped before I even finish
reading the subject line. However, this had none of the normal warning signs.
Actually a closer examination points to complete legitimacy; return addy -
uspis.gov, links to US Postal Inspector web site, and most importantly a phone
number. I responded with my info, but if you're still feeling a bit paranoid,
give him a call! I doubt any of the email fraudsters would be so bold and
desperate to set up that much of a scam (besides the penalties for impersonating
a federal officer, fraud using email, etc., just for my physical address doesn't
make much sense without SSN, DOB, etc).
