Subject:[RESOGUIT-L] No Apologies

From:Damon Wack <dwack @....net>

In the spirit of recommending new music, I have to mention Jim Van
Cleve's "No Apologies". I heard the track "Highlands" on XM, and
bought the whole album before listening to anything else. For those
who label - it is a nice combination of"newgrass" and more traditional
fare (I just call it "music" - wonderful music). Rob's dobro playing
here is some of the most tasty I have heard, and the fiddle is superb,
not to mention Byran Sutton's guitar - actually, everything is
outstanding here. Some of the tunes are available for sample on his
website http://www.jimvancleve.com , check him out if you haven't
heard!

Damon
