some years ago, a friend from work went to Tokyo and some
Japanese
business folks took her out to some fancy-shmancy Sushi joint.
They talked
her into ordering the specialty of the house--fresh..very fresh
fish.. she did.
the chef went over to a tank of water, grabbed a fish that was
swimming
around put it on the cutting board and whacked off a piece behind the
dorsal fin and put the fish back in the water with the huge piece
of its
back missing.. it swam around like it always did... with the
glaring
space on it's back...after seeing that she coudn't eat it.

       Tom
