You know, I think you guys are right! That e-addy gets you to a PRICE LIST of
what Euphonon has available....but you have to call the toll free
number.....which our list member in Estonia was having trouble doing, in order to
contact a live person. What usually happens in my case is, I call them, I
usually get ans. machine so I leave a message.....eventually they call me back,
and I place my order, and send them my check, then usually a week or so later,
the strings show up. I usually buy two doz. sets at a time with extra thirds,
and lately extra sixths, so I can double the thirds, and the sixes for my 8
string. It seems I avg. about $3. a set and this is including shipping, so for
me, it's worth it.
This "routine" is possibly not for everyone, but the last three years, sure has
been working for me. I've got somewhere's in the neighborhood of two doz.
complete sets of strings, which should do me through next year's "twangin".
I sure wish I was at Reso Summit, burnin some of this "inventory" up.......but
wait'll next year!
Richie
