One very real problem is that toll-free numbers often do not work outside
the USA over the PSTN. They do, however, work with Skype (with SkypeOut) and
some other IP phone services. If anyone in the USA wants to provide a
toll-free number for their customers, by all means please do so, but
remember that a large part of the world cannot reach this number, and an
ordinary number should also be publicized.
