Hi Kathy,
I'll second everything Carl McLaughlin said! You can find a wide variety of
instruments, from the inexpensive to wayyy up in the upper stratosphere, and you
get what you pay for, (usually,) so act in haste and repent at leisure applies.
You are off to a good start being on this List! I think one of the GoldTone
imports, that have been set up by Beard are probably the "best bang for your
buck!"
As far as instructional books, (I prefer the videos,) there's so many to choose
from. For the beginner, I enjoyed Cindy Cashdollar's video she made for Homespun
Tapes. I'm sure others from the list will comment with their choices.
