I have to agree with Tim on this subject. I have been playing for 33 years now I
have played everything from original Dobro's, to Reeds, RQ Jones and now I Play
my signature Beard "R" body Mahogany. I have never seen a better quality
instrument then the Beard no matter what resophonic guitar you get. From Beard it
will be 100% as perfect as you can get a piece of wood. As I have come to find
out that a lot of your sound is your soul not your guitar, It is your touch and
your attitude when you play. No two pieces of wood will sound the same maybe
similar but not the same, so get a good quality guitar, which the Beard is as
good as any player will ever need, perfect your techique and make the guitar
become part of you, then you will have the sound you want. No matter what name
is on the guitar.
Thanks
Tim Graves
