He just missed getting his new printing back from whoever manufactures it in
time for ResoSummit, so he should be having a supply any time now. Send
him an email and bug him, is what I say! Once he gets him in, you can also
buy them directly from him. There might still be some at Buffalo Brothers,
since I know someone just bought one from there in the last few weeks.
