Give him another shot. I dropped him a quick line the other day about
instructional material and he returned my note rather quickly. You might have
ended up in his junk mail folder by some chance as well. That happens the first
time thru. Maybe you can throw something in the header to highlight that you're
legitimate and not junk to catch his attention if that's the case.
